Sports bars or restaurants that are airing Rockets games?

    I heard MattJ on 790 talking about Lucky's Pub in downtown (in front of the BBVA Compass Stadium) that it will have many Rockets viewing parties there, already mentioned earlier that it will have Rockets games.

    So does Lucky's out in Cypress have it or anyone know somewhere in Cypress?

    Cypress area...

    I called around to some bars and not only do they not have Comcast they don't even know that they can't get CSN Houston on their current provider...

    Lucky's, Mac's Sports Bar, Sportin' Woody's, and Kilburns all have varying levels of cluelessness and will not have the game.

    BW3's will be showing it. Only place I've found so far.

    Yeah, no thanks. Have you ever been there? The crowd looks like half pimps, half pimps ho's. I'll be at Canyon Creek off Westcott tonight. I can deal with the no commentary and I loves me some fried catfish.

    I called Jakes Philly Steaks on chimney Rock. They have the game! That's where Im heading.

    Jakes is between Richmond Ave and Westheimer....plus they have the best cheese steaks in Houston...wings..etc...and good seating with lots of TVS. Lets rock that place till these idiot cable companies wake up.

    Cedar Creek in the Heights will be showing the game along with a Saint Arnolds Pumpkinator availability. Clutchfans represent!

    Their cheese streaks suck ass. Go to Poppa Geno's and get experienced. No offense. You'll thank me. (No TVs though).

    Incidentally, I called BW3 on Weslayan. The guy instantly said yes, they will be playing the game. So, I followed by asking if Comcast is their provider. He put me on hold, came back and said no. Completely clueless. Probably thinks Jakes dry steaks are delicious, too. Jk.

    We ended up at Lucky's in east downtown (even though we have Comcast). Biggest TV in town and cheap pitchers, but man it was packed. Plenty of standing room, but no tables. Ton of dynamo fans too.
