    He really has. He's a primary case for why you can't judge defensive ends by numbers, at least not in an individual season. He's not a prototypical pass rusher so he'll never have big numbers, but he routinely sheds blocks and makes plays, particularly in the run game. For my money, he's tougher to block than Mario - despite what the numbers (at least half of which are luck-based opportunity) might tell you.

    WOW...besides the 2 down run on the first series, the playcalling has been right on.

    Right. Football is a passing game now. 3 yards and cloud of dust is over. I mean even in yards per carry, driving other teams off the ball. We talk about the Texans struggling with the run. It appears similar with the Colts and Chargers who all of a sudden luck dreadful. I'm thinking the passing takes away lack the "smashmouth" mentality, but maybe its just coincidence
