He was not a wing player, as much as I hated trading him, he prolly wasnt going to see the minutes he needed behind Paul and Harden....but if you ask me I would have rather not traded him, I believe in Morey though.

Lol nope. Just thought I had something to add for once. Been lurking since I was a kid and learned a lot about the NBA from this place. Just a huge Rockets and Clutchfans fan like everyone.

Speaking of lurker quaczar coming about, how does the @Rudy moniker (the OP of thread) go unused until 2012, then when finally taken, the user turns it into a Notre Dame avatar.

    grrrr

Melton is not that good yall. Morey also saw this and took advantage of his inflated value. Saved us a first. Were better off with Criss and knight!

    I think he'll get to Ariza's 11 pts per game or Luc's 9 or 10 ppg.

"Having" energy is a talent. I think he meant to say "Playing" with energy is a talent.

I'm not a big fan of nitpicking words, except where it's humorous. Anyone can play with energy like a chicken with its head cut off, look no further than Brewer...that's why he was nicknamed "The Drunken Dribbler" on those two Florida championship teams.

It's talent to play correctly with high energy. On defense, high energy reads and reactions within the scheme require correct anticipation and IQ.

If we have that in Ennis, vs random high energy, then imma fan..

I think playing with a guy like PJ will help him elevate his intensity. They seem to be like minded, and I hope he looks up to PJ and follows his example.

If he runs the floor like this, can finish at the rim, and can hit open 3's then we have the type of role player we need to win it all. If he becomes an upgrade over Ariza/Luc, which is possible given MD's offensive genius, I think we can win it with or without Butler.

I guess he has a natural motor like Beverley has. You can't teach motor.

James Ennis is making some beautiful rotations and contests tonight. I think he is starting to master this defense.

    Very impressed.
