Aside from the death penalty the guy should have to sit in front of his house while people come piss and **** all over his lawn as he watches.

I can't believe they let an obviously dangerous and insane person out on bail.

At least he killed the bro and not the dog. If the dog died we might care.

hahhaa...maybe put the death penalty aside...instead have people piss over his lawn and make him watch, then destroy the lawn, let him rebuild it, and then repeat the process. It'll be like a never-ending hell.

If a 69 year old pulls a gun on you for messing with his grass, and you say:

"Next time you pull out a pistol, why don't you use it?"

    You won't get my sympathy.

Both of them are idiots, and honestly, I think the kid more so cause the 69 year old has nothing to lose.

For people that get so worked about about a few drops of dog urine - install a camera in your yard and watch as stray dogs, cats, raccoons, possums, rats, rabbits, skunks, etc. **** and piss in your yard every night.

What? Because the kid makes a stupid comment to a crazy old man, he is more to blame for being murdered? What kind of world do you live in?

Do you blame the victim often? Was the US more at fault for 9/11 than Al-Qaeda because the US supported oppressive in the middle east? Certainly that's more provocation than what this kid did to the crazy old man.

Its not right but it could have been prevented if he just backed off and not egged him on. Seriously, why would you say something like to a person that already pulled out a pistol? The fact that he actually pulled out a pistol over dog piss should give you the common sense to back away from his crazy ass. By making that comment, he was literally asking to get shot. I'm not justifying the death but the guy wasn't completely innocent.

What the geezer did was wrong but I'd be willing to bet that:

A: This wasn't the first time the guy let his dog wander into the old man's yard
B: The young guy wasn't exactly a responsible guy (2 kids with one on the way at 23?)
C: The young guy ran his mouth a lot not including the taunt once the geezer pulled the pistol

Again, this old guy is nuts and deserves all the punishment the law can give but I have a feeling the dead guy wasn't exactly a great neighbor.

And as a dog lover, I think it's terrible when someone lets their dog do it's business in someone else's yard. Keep your dog on a leash or confined.
