This is on Harden.. Harden is getting the ball.. He should be right there by the in-bounder like CP3 does. CP3 isn't running around to get the ball either, he just posts up and it's a simple hand off right in front of whoever is passing the ball.

Marcus Smart flopped, and Tony Brothers screwed us.

Don't even try to tell me the Boston game proved something about Harden.

And don't point to the Clippers game either when Evans flopped on Harden. Screw Foster

James is definitely lethargic in these situations, i hate that tbh...that play was horrible overall though, you have Harden and Paul on the court, and Luc is the guy wh brings the ball up, that alone is pathetic, no one else went there to help when Luc was doubled (maybe they didn't have the time, now i can't remember well), MDA never calls a freaking timeout...i mean...whatever...

MDA's fault he needs to actually coach not be too dependent to have an MVP type game night in night out

so Harden is NOT physically limited, especially for his position? He has a body type, foot speed and stamina of a power forward, not a SG/PG. and if he's not physically limited, but just chooses to play that lazily on defense and sometimes on offense, what does that say about his character? idiot

harden had his mad sealed for the over the top pass but luc was scared to make the pass just like he was scared to dribble up the court. luc gotta man up and act like a player.

Harden should post up more, the way he tries to get the ball is like a post up move.

I get it he, luc, cp3, mda messed up

    he's the best SG/PG he's the MVP
he can drive as good as WB and produces most points in drives
he's almost as elite as steph and klay in shooting for the season
    gets most contact
    produces most points
    most usage

but this single play shows he's not athletic?

and wasn't already proven that harden's defense wasn't holding back this team?

so which superstar who is so far more athletic than harden could have won the rockets more than 55 games last year

you still didn't answer my question. you're saying Harden is a lazy f*ck who can move his feet exceptionally well, but just chooses to play that lazily on both ends of the floor? and why is his defensive stats so much better in the post where he can guard players statically, but gets killed whenever he has to move his feet on the perimeter?

Another thing Harden does in these situations is he gives no instruction to the in-bounder; he doesn't even put a hand up to give them a target. He looks at them, expect them to just pass, then he will react to the pass that is given..

in-bounder will look at Harden to see what he wants to do, and Harden does nothing, says nothing.. If it wasn't so crippling to the Rockets, it would be hilarious witnessing the panic in the eyes of the passer.

I think it was the Celtics game, during the Celtics come back (it might have been a different game) Ariza had to burn 2 timeouts because Harden was doing the same milling around, saying nothing, giving no target, thing he does. Harden started yelling at Ariza on the way back to huddle. Ariza was looking at him crazy; like he had two heads.

no that's what YOU are saying essentially moron.

I'm saying there is nothing wrong with Harden mentally, but physically he's a more of a short PF, not quick, agile SG/PG.

quick and agile he can drive better than WB, kyrie, and Lebron and lot better than steph and kd
quick and agile he can shoot as good as steph and klay
quick and agile him and cp3 are the best playmakers on the league
quick and agile he can produce most most points in the league
quick and agile he's ahead of lebron, gianns, kd

so who's you vote for MVP last year and this year LOF?

so what explains his defensive discrepancy on the perimeter where you need to move your feet really quickly, as opposed to his post defense? if I buy your logic, the only explanation is that Harden is physically capable of playing good perimeter defense, but just chooses not to? and you're saying this reflects better on Harden's character, you colossal moron?

Sure, whatever. MDA is not on the court. Harden is the one getting the ball! He knows the play is "Harden 4-Out". Why would Harden not even try to make it easier for the in-bounder in such a critical moment? MDA is supposed to know how Harden wants the ball from the bench?

pringles should be running screens to free up the ballhandler, something which just about every single other team in the world does
