    Hi, long time reader.

Many people here are way tooo high on Dragic. He's nothing special to be quite honest, this is exactly what happened a couple years ago.

Aaron Brooks(yeah, remember him?) was a great point guard for this team, and once he got injured, lowry took his minutes and the rockets were impressed, and thus traded AB.

Now, Lowry gets injured, and dragic takes his minutes, and now the rockets are impressed, and looking to trade lowry?

I'd still take a healthy Lowry over Dragic, although dragic would be cheaper, but honestly, i'd rather trade for a top 5-10 pick and draft a good point guard and let dragic go, while trading Lowry.

thoughts, and do you agree that dragic is slightly overrated here?

Kind of a moot point since Lowry doesn't want to play for McHale.

Lowry doesn't want to be here. We all liked AB but were very aware of his limitations (undersized, defense).

Agreed. He is still a good player, but certainly expendable.

Based on your logic, Dragic should be better than Lowry?

    Come on Thursday!

I agree too. I still think Lowry, when healthy, is far better than Dragic. Dragic is kind of average to be honest. He did have a good run at the end of the year though. If we overpay for Dragic, I'll be very upset. Of course, we could use Lowry's trade value right now, plus theres the whole issue of him not getting on with Mchale.

We need something to be happy about. There's been no happiness on Clutchfans for 3 years now. Only hype and empty promises.

LET US DREAM! GOGI FOR MVP 2013!

Dragic played better than Lowry ever did during a stretch of 20+ games.

But the problem with Dragic is he only plays great when he has no pressure from a backup PG.

So in order to get the best out of Dragic we need to sign JL3 as our backup PG or better yet Johnny Flynn.

If you watched games last year, you will know how great Dragic played. He is a better PG than Lowry ever be. He can distribute and run the offense. Bottom line, don't make judgement if you didn't watch or follow the Rockets last year.

I thought Dragic did a fantastic job. I don't think he is overrated at all.

he put up numbers as a starter that only guys like CP and Parker put up...He's not on their level, but that's definitely special...

Don't forget that Dragic is special in a few ways.

First off he is 6' 3", which is big for a pg, yet he is just as quick as the majority of PGs.

When focused on D, he is a legitimate defender. Remember how he frustrated Westbrook that last game against the Thunder?

He has an above average ability to attack the basket and finish at the rim with & without contact.

Did I mention he's an above average shooter? (as a starter)

Oh, and he's just as good of a passer as Lowry is.

He is also 1 year younger than Lowry.

I liked that he kept his head up and played hard, didn't complain. Lowry would barrel into the defense trying to always draw a foul, not get it and then pout.
