Unfortunately, I haven't been able to watch the last 8 games live...with the exception of the Bobcats game (I only was able to catch the 2nd half.) Maybe I should start watching again. I guess it's a good thing that I missed the losing streak lol.

A win here would be nice. I want to relax and enjoy the night and a W would help me accomplish that.

Thanks CarolNYC....usually a player's only meeting leads to a coach being fired....keeping my finger's crossed.

That might be the best thing happen to Rockets.

From a league highest scoring team to the league lowest scoring team.

LOL. You also forgot Dwight Howard meeting w/ himself and getting SVG fired. I'm just curious if this HAS really happened though. I hope so. The coaching staff going back to their useless offensive sets befuddles me, especially seeing how ineffective it was. Mchale and Sampson needs to go.

Or the sharing of donuts (not the D-Mo kind) without the cheap old guy taking all the bearclaws.

I hope Harden doesn't play 40+ minutes today and Lin and Parsons steps up to overtake the O for a bit. Last thing I want is to watch Harden go down with an injury.

    Rules for LOF

I'm a diehard Lin fan, so I guess you can call me a LOF, but I feel there should be some ground rules for all the Lin fans on this forum.

Rule #1: Team always comes first

As long as Lin is with the Rockets, you should value Rockets winning over Lin's personal success.

Of course it would be ideal if Lin plays well & Rockets win, but when Lin is struggling, you can't blame the coaching staff for benching him. Beverley was clearly better than Lin on Monday night, so playing him over Lin was the right thing to do, because team success is always more important than individual success.

Rule #2: There is no conspiracy

You can call McHale a lot of things, you can blame him for playing Harden 40 minutes/game and running him to the ground, putting Carlos Delfino on Dirk, or refusing to give D-Mo or Jones any playing time when Morris & Patterson were struggling. McHale may be an idiot sometimes, but he certainly isn't trying to "destroy Lin". Making statements like that is just ridiculous.

I mean McHale just lost his daughter to a terrible disease a few months ago, you mean he came back to coaching just so he can destroy Jeremy Lin? How delusional is that?

Rule #3: Use the Ignore List

Haters are going to hate. Trolls and haters will always be among us. They hate on everything and everyone, and no matter what you say or post on this forum will change their mind. Heck, even future HOF players like Lebron James and Kobe has haters untill this day, let alone Jeremy Lin.

So when you read posts like "Lin doesn't belong in the NBA" or "Lin is the worst PG in the league", you shouldn't be mad, you should be glad, because you've just found another troll. Add them to the ignore list and make them disappear. Life is too short to waste time on scums.

Honestly there aren't that many of them on CF. They are a very small group, but they post a lot and make lots of noises. If you don't know who the haters are, here is a list to get you started: Dreamin, gorockets2009, iJHolmes, King1, nono, sportsbook, texansalltheway.

    All right, that's all.

Clutchfans is truly an awesome forum, and it will be even better if Lin fans can follow the above 3 rules, because we are all in this together after all.

Now let's go and crush the Nuggets tonight!
