During Lins 6 great games (Linsanity) the Knicks actually averaged .52 more turnovers than they did in the prior 20+ games. Lin averaged 30.5% of his teams turnovers during that time period, while the prior PG, Shumpert, averaged 16.3% of his teams turnovers.

Yes I know Lin played great basketball during that time and it is only a small sample.

See Lin sitting next to TD?

They were teammates in New York and get along on and off the court. TD cheered Lin on during Linsanity and was usually the first player off the bench to greet Lin after a spectacular play.

The coach needs to play TD and Lin together from time to time. Indeed people have noticed that backcourt works. Lots of give and go and trust between the two.

    "Randomly" generating a spark?

Our team might do better without any coaching staff.

Harden has skills, but looking at the very small samples of Lin leading the Knicks and Harden leading the Rockets, Lin does have the advantage of a much higher winning percentage. It just shows that this is a team sport, so you win as a team and lose as a team.

I'll bet if we lost by 10 points to the Nuggets in the last game, we would lose by about the same numbers without Harden, and we might have an equal chance to win.

Exactly right. That's why it's unfair to point the finger at Harden and his 7 TO's last game as the reason why we lost. As a team we had like 25 turnovers.. even if you take ALL of Hardens TO's out, we had higher than our average as a team.
