Well, unlike Germany and Japan, US doesn't have a class of crimes that requires the victim to press charges. In reality, it would be hard to prove beyond reasonable doubt without the cooperation of the victim, so you often saw cases dropped when the victim doesn't press charge.

In this case, we have videos showing Biden fondling a girl's breast in public. The girl is also not at an age that can give consent. Therefore, I think the video alone is strong enough evidence to get him convicted. The other videos showing Biden stroking and sniffing hair of multiple girls will make the case even stronger. Now, all we need is a DC prosecutor to file a charge at a time of his/her choosing.

On the other hand, I am all for the Miss Teen USA's girls to contact the police. They should have done that a few years ago such that we could spare ourselves from Trump.

 

Your video evidence is Biden being uncomfortably close to people in photo ops. Never has a parent felt their child was violated and the only other accusation besides Tara Reade was a lady who said his uncomfortable closeness didn't feel sexual in nature. Here's a hint. If Biden is doing this on highly public photo op sessions then more than likely he doesn't think what he is doing is sexual in nature because no matter how dumb you think Biden is, he has the very basic enough self-awareness to not give in to his alleged sexual desires in front of a highly publicized event in front of dozens of cameras.

We don't need video evidence because we have audio evidence of him proudly admitting to walling into girls' dressing rooms while naked in his pageants. And multiple Miss TEEN USA contestants have publicly said they felt violated by him oogling them while ass naked. One of them I believe was 16.

So parents witness their child allegedly being groped in a sexual manner and they don't go to the public at all to express concern? Not one parent out of all those photo ops? There would be around 50+ pairs of parents who according to your framing would have sufficient grounds to publicly be absolutely infuriated that their child was groped.
