Always thought Lin's time with the Rockets was slightly undervalued. His last plays on the team were his downfall - with the gaffes in the playoffs. Plus his contract. And then having to attach an asset to the contract to move it. That's in the past. For the right deal, happy to add him.

And then attaching another asset to get his contract back. I've never seen a GM trade a player back and forth over and over, giving up a draft pick on every transaction.

The Rockets used a draft pick to get rid of Lin because the Rockets were minutes from getting Chris Bosh. It took the Heat folding to keep Bosh away.

Lin is mentally fragile will poor self esteem and is passive aggressive. I don’t really want any part of him.

Magic prefer to move Jonathon Simmons rather than part with Ross.
Simmons isn’t the shooter Ross is but sports his own cap-friendly contract at $6 million this season — and with only $1 million of next season’s scheduled $5.7 million guaranteed.

Chris/Melo/2 Seconds for Simmons via Hawks.

Simmons is a better player than KCP and a better fit. Lakers asking price is too high for KCP.

@BigBum got 12 pages and counting.

Must've been the word "Lin" in the title.

The Philadelphia 76ers and the New Orleans Pelicans have a significant interest in Caldwell-Pope, so this could be an interesting week for Laker trade talk.

    Hurry up!

Unfortunately that would do nothing about the sleeper agents and interlopers who have remained since the first invasion.

I feel this could be legit, we got rid of one asian (zhou) and we get another one, Lin. I feel we always have a player of Chinese descent to keep the asian market.

I think Lin's passive aggressiveness urns off most fans.

I don't know. Maybe they follow his Twitter account and know something that we don't because I've never heard this one before.

Lin is terrible. Especially when the pressure is on. If I had a dollar for every time he drove to the basket and would simply jump in the air and turn it over I would be rich. And I remember the Harvard grad being too dumb to call a freaking time out and lost a playoff gamer for us because of it.
