It's kind of beautiful: http://wagesofwins.com/2013/07/08/the-nba-offseason-list-part-2/ Rank for Conference: 1 Rank for NBA: 1 (Miami is 5th) (Even if they DO still think that Royce White is still on the roster.)
Yup. I agree. I projected 60 wins for them in the upcoming year. Clutchfans is strangely pessimistic.
What's their track record? Maybe I shouldn't ask. We could use a bit of optimism, even if slightly unwarranted.
Cool. But Wages of Wins sucks and so do their predictions. Raptors #3 in the East? Nets #12? Utah #7 in the West? Warriors #10? Blazers and T-Wolves #12 & #13 respecively? LOL
Toronto 48 wins? And the Knicks being #11 in their CONFERENCE? Wow Steve NOVAK creates a huge POWER SHIFT in the NBA (Steve Novak + Marcus Camby for Bargnani)
No way. I've always held rox to high standards but being realistic here because of small ball philanthropy, I say 50-55wins.
It's all about Bargnani, he eats too much pasta and is selfish. No Bargnani = team gets more wins, shame on Knicks this season.
There article on this, I just don't have time right now find it. WOW track record is horrible - if you want a good track record, look for Vegas one.
While the predictions are way out there, I like the idea of comparing contract value vs player value to see whether they are playing up to their contract. It was nice to see Harden as the player best living up to his contract and almost no players on the rockets with negative value - Even Lin was listed as outplaying his contract (ducks for cover for bringing this up).
