When Harden, Capela, Paul, and Gordon are all available... Our record is 13-7. They have only played 20 games together all year (smh). That is a 65% winning clip. In other words, if they had been healthy for all 57 total games we've played so far...we would be at a minimum of 37 wins (65%) and tied with OKC for 3rd seed in the West right now. That's only 3.5 games away from GSW currently. I was pretty frustrated after last night's game (really all season), so I decided to look up this stat. It gave me some hope...maybe it will give you some too. FIN
i dont think rockets play is dependent on personel but on attitude when we were locked on to win we were winning i expect rockets to kick major ass in playoffs i also think our defense will be AWESOME in playoffs
Nice post. Trying to remain positive myself. However, I am concerned with our lack of effort at times and even more concerned that MDA admittedly has no clue as to why.
Capella might just be the MVP on this team. Without him it is a one man circus side show with the Bearded Man.
he is definately our second best player...and its painfully obvious that without him we are probably not even a playoff team....
We’re a completely different team without Capela. Getting outrebounded and still trying to win is our new norm.
stop it we were being outrebounded and sucked even when capela played the only things that matters is attitude of harden remember when harden said after gsw win that we turned the corner? the very next game we sucked and we still had capela we outrebounded portland but still lost its just that harden is a complacent and coasting and it is spread throughout the team
These numbers are very easy to look up. Much more convincing than your lazy theory that Harden’s complacency is affecting the entire team or whatever it is you’re trying to say.
There is zero chance our defense, which has been terrible from the start this season, will magically morph into awesome. This team barely gives effort on that end.
Lmao Harden is “coasting” to a 36PPG season. And he has infected the team! Holy hell what are people smoking these days.
I'm not the one who started a thread about a hypothetical injury-free world. To put our injury-free record into context, it would need to be relative to everyone else's injury-free record. Otherwise it's hard to derive any meaning from it.
Good point, you see golden state play without anyone one less of their all stars and they still have some losses like ours last night. Once Capella is back, we will be fine.
Well, instead of asking me that question, why don't you just go look up GSW, Milwaukee, Denver, OKC, and Toronto's records when their top 4 players are healthy and compare them to the Rockets record when our top 4 guys play. Look it up for yourself, then debate me. I won't make your case for you.
