Well i hadn't actually hit ignore yet. Now I will. However, you didn't do anything but get ignored. I am still here. Man you are slow. Now goodbye and try not to sound so stupid. I will not be able to help you anymore.
Hayward might as well come here if he decides to leave Utah, Boston isn't doing sh*t they would've lost in the 1st round if Rondo didn't get injured
This is why the Rockets won't win a championship with the front office that we have. We need to target our WEAK SPOTS, which is the interior toughness, interior defense and interior offense. Get Rudy Gobert at C, Jabari Parker at PF, get Gorgui Dieng at backup PF, Jeff Teague at backup PG and Robert Covington at backup SF. People hate on Ariza but the guy is arguably in the top 3 in defense among SF and could possible by number 1 or number 2. The front court I came up with have incredible toughness, long wingspans, defense, rebounding and inside scoring, which will only enhance our three point shooting and a couple of them can shoot threes as well. And with that lineup, we are still within the cap, without going over and over spending. That is all you need to do. And yes, we do need better defense. We have enough offense. We can get all the good players that we want but until we fix the root of the problems we have, we won't go anywhere with this franchise, which is also one of the reasons we have never had a 60-win season. But of course, the most important thing is winning a championship.
Stop selling the Rockets short. I agree with Gobert but they could get Anthony Davis at PF, get Serge Ibaka at back up PF, Kyle Lowry at back up PG and Gordoy Hayward at back up SF
I'm being realistic. This would be WAY too expensive and besides, I don't see the Rockets stealing two star players from franchises who adore them.
Look at who I am replacing them with. The players I proposed are not that expensive and are bargains. Look at their salaries, they are a steal and would help the Rockets' weak spots. Jabari Parker is a really good offensive player and he has the build and wingspann to clog up the middle, plus he hits three-pointers.
Pair him up with a prima donna Harden that doesnt move if he doesnt have the ball and has the ball 100%?
The problem with bringing two new star players on the team is that the Rockets will still have to replace the players who traded for to get the stars, that is more rebuilding and right now, I don't think it is necessary to blow up the team.
They won 55 games. That means that they are a very good team but have some weaknesses that will keep them from being true contenders. Over half of the players have good chemistry right now.
So... Rudy Gobert replaces Capela (...is traded for Capela?) Jabari Parker replaces RyAnn (...is traded for Anderson?) Gorgui Dieng replaces Sam Dekker/Montrezl Harrell at backup PF Jeff Teague replaces Beverley? and Rob Covington Precisely. Good, young, cheap players and I guess Utah, Milwaukee, Minnesota & Philadelphia will just hand them over for free or take the Rockets poo-poo platter in return? Only Jeff Teague is a free agent.
Jeff Teague would come off the bench to back up Beverly. Jabari Parker is a RFA, so there is a little hope in this area.
