Yeah, and it seems like you need to be an EXTREMELY disciplined defensive team to switch over from the zone for a few plays and back to a one-to-one scheme like Dallas did. The Mavs beat the Heat because they were able to play a range of defensive schemes to confuse them, among which the zone was just one facet. Personally I was more impressed by their pick-and-roll defense and the way they collectively shut down the driving lanes whenever Wade or James tried to penetrate. Their team defense was one of the best I've seen recently.
