This movie was amazing. I went in thinking it was another cliche-filled forced comedy. But it surprised me how well written, and really funny it was.
I kind of agree with this. It seemed to kind of meander a bit in the middle, which is saying something since it was only an 80 minute movie. The opening credits were awesome.
I thought it was no where near as good as Shaun of the Dead. Pretty good movie IMO. I dont think I would go see it in theaters again...
I'd say it was certainly an above average comedy, but I wouldn't say it was better than Shaun of the Dead by any means. "Someone's Ear is in danger of getting hair brushed over it" Jesse Eisenberg is awesome.
not amazing but definitely a funny and entertaining movie with some really funny scenes. the part of the cameo where they Spoiler reenact ghostbusters was hysterical. especially emma thomas' annie potts impression telling them what to do. definitely recommend seeing.
Very cool Zombie Movie. What I liked most about it was it as much about the main characters as it was about the zombies. Best funny horror flick ive seen since slither.
This is the first movie i've seen Eisenberg in, but Cera needs to sue him for stealing his character in Zombieland. It's like the director told Eisenberg to play Michael Cera and he nailed it.
i do think he was better as this character than cera would have been (maybe just because i've seen cera be cera so much already) but he definitely was just straight copying him.
Spoiler Lol he killed Bill Murray, how come I knew that was going to happen. The twinkie/snowballs part was hilarious.
thanks for ruining the cameo for me, numbnuts try using a freaking spoiler tag...the movie has been out 48 hours
One more thing that kinda bugged me: Spoiler Where were all the zombies hiding? When they arrived in LA I would have thought they would have been everywhere. I just found that a little strange. I WANTED MORE ZOMBIES!
the main characters have survived for quite a while i think. most of the zombies probably died or dried up or w/e due to lack of addition human flesh to consume (notice how a lot of the zombies were fat as hell)
The Zombies in this seem to be in the 28 Days Later mold in that their not the walking dead, they're infected with a virus. So it's possible for them to die of starvation. One gaping thing that bugged me enough to think about it during the movie was Spoiler how was there working electricity nearly everywhere they went?
