I really don't care who the mayor is in any city other than Houston. But, it would be great to see less MAGA Republicans in any office of the country. Lapdog loyalists serve Trump first and foremost, and the men have no balls whatsoever when it comess to standing up against any wrongdoings or retribution against blue states.

They just echo whatever Trump says. Whoever Trump hates they hate. I don't trust any MAGA Lapdogs, so like I said, I'm happy when they don't win votes. That's all I care about.

 

Mamdani has previously advocated for but has not made central parts of his campaign.

During his campaign, Mamdani attempted to justify the use of the phrase "globalize the intifada" and stayed firm in his support for the Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions effort against Israel, calling it a "legitimate movement."

He has previously called to defund the New York Police Department, though he has since stated that "police have a critical role to play." Following the death of George Floyd, Mamdani tweeted on June 8, 2020, that he did not want to reform the police but asserted, "We want to defund the police."

In 2020, Mamdani also called for the prison system to be dismantled,

If all of this is true, he's going to make an even better foil for the Maga chuds than I expected.

A sea of homeless people, human **** and needles on the sidewalk, people walking into stores grabbing whatever they want, stores closing, cost of living is insane, services are poor or unreliable, taxes are high...

etc etc

 

Homeless people move to warm weather climates.

The cost of living is evidence of wealthy people wanting to be there

 

Well that's one way to look at a list of 8 things and address 2 that you think are the easiest to push back on.

Wealthy people want to be in SF because there are jobs there and because it's located on the coast, with a beautiful climate and fantastic natural features.

They stay in spite of the crime,homelessness, store closures, shoplifting, human **** and needles on the sidewalks, cost of living, high taxes, poor services.

The excellent governance and maintenance of the city is NOT a reason people are living in SF.

 

Despite tinman's kalifornia obsession, San Francisco is seeing significant decreases in crime.
