his case is pretty circumstantial, but the profile does seem to fit on everything mentioned. just because he fits the profile though doesn't mean he had to have been the one writing the letters. im not saying i wouldn't go to the police if i were in his shoes, and hell i'd write a book too but you have to wonder about the stepson and his spending 8 years investigating it to take it public and, in his own words, to "tell MY story". there's enough incentive for him to potentially fabricate or withhold parts of his investigation. also, the zodiac killing spree isn't conclusively defined in terms of how many victims were actually him, and i wouldn't be surprised if there were at least some copycat murders. the radians map was intriguing, but burying all those bodies along those specific coordinates would be extremely time consuming and very difficult to do with one person (or two as the article suggests). i'm pretty sure that zodiac is responsible for all of those. very interesting though, i hope more evidence surfaces as they investigate his background.
Should this stepson be messing with all this evidence himself? Like developing the film himself, or disassembling the PA system. How can the evidence be authenticated?
There were a couple copy cats actually. I remember watching a documentary where a few of them killed, and then the 'real' one said that those murders werent his doing. And then he killed some more people.
has anyone actually listened to the interviews w/ his father? I saw he had posted them on the site. I am websensed here at work, so I am gonna have to try and remember to check them out when I get home...
I haven't seen any explanation about how to decode the other cryptographs that the zodiac sent. That would be the biggest proof to me.
