wow for all the ridiculous techs, flagrant foul calls, ejections the league has been doing. Nothing for what zaza did is absolutely pathetic
I can't believe they're letting this guy get away with it. It's open season for taking down stars now, apparently. Maybe Harden should get Black a shoe deal and then have him take out Zaza the S**thead if we face them in the playoffs. You can bet that Black would get suspended, or worse, because of a dirty play. Golden State? The league, in so many words, says they can't be touched. Incredible.
If he takes out another star this year in the playoffs, he should be banned. That would only prove that he's doing this on purpose. It sucks that he took out Kahwai and made that series unfair.
The NBA has decided (for whatever reasons) it won't get involved in disciplinary actions on cheap shots. So be it. To my mind, the best thing teams can do is look for a player and a time who can take out Pachulia as soon as possible.
hey let's have tarrik black do the same thing zaza been doing to curry or KD in the the playoff... taste of their own med.
I've seen the replays. The way Zaza fell in slow motion after his knee buckled, he could've avoided Brodie's knee. Total opportunistic rat b*stard play.
It's extremely clear that Pachulia fell because Nick Young hooked his leg. Everyone here refusing to acknowledge the obvious are clearly ridiculous. Pachulia is just a clumsy guy that falls a lot. Last year when he fell on Durant, did he do it on purpose too.
It’s not about why he fell it’s how he lands. He clearly goes for Westbrook’s body. Every analyst agrees, but of course the NBA doesn’t. The message is clear: deal with dirty plays and players on your own. I wish he tried that against us in the playoffs or Green kicking, let’s see what we’re made of!!
Steve Kerr calls Pachulia "the moral compass of this team": https://www.mercurynews.com/2018/02...a-pachulia-is-the-moral-compass-of-this-team/
no good in wishing him trying to injure our mvp in the playoffs. better to wish he suffers a self inflicted career ending injury before the playoffs.
Zaza falls = Deke’s elbows Intentional but consistent and not targeting. Deke used to do it to protect his space. He did it all the time and used to catch players friend and foe alike. Draymond, and his kicks on the other hand is a different matter. Totally not a basketball move or a natural motion. Zaza didn’t fall on purpose (see Swaggy’s leg), but he didn’t go out of his way to minimize potential negative impact to others. Whether that second part was intentional or clumsy is up for debate. I think more clumsy.
