It all depends on how the ZBO situation plays out. I'm hoping Memphis gives ZBO the money he wants so they can let Marc Gasol go. With their inept GM its only a matter of time

    My humble advice:

After watching about 100 games of ZBo in Mempis, I have come to agree with Brandon Roy.

You can't win with that guy.

Ideally, he would be a suped up version of Dennis Rodman capable of actually assisting on offense. However, he refuses to defend and somehow people have this crazy notion that he is a good low post player. He isn't. He can't finish over long athletic players, heck he struggles to rebound against them with the game on the line.

He is an excellent offensive rebounder and putback guy.

I am praying daily that we don't resign him but as a Memphis fan I am expecting him to get a 4-5 year contract averaging $11+million any day now. :(

Id rather run through a pit of fire with gasoline soaked under britches than trade for Randolph

Any stats acquired while playing for Golden State have to be adjusted for the rest of more sensibly balanced teams.

    20 pts 10 rebs = 14 pts 8 reb in 30 minutes ppg on a regular team.

I like his youth and his size, and the NY Pick is going to be worse than our pick so I wouldn't mind moving that pick for the kid. Randolph's young, guys 6'10" who are 21 are not near reaching their potential.

Why isn't Hakeem on our payroll? If he were, bringing in a young kid like this to a defensive minded team would make him a better player in the long run.
