    :D I can answer that:D

Mike Bibby will ask for the max this summer and he is not worth it. Also the Kings peaked this year just like Utah did a few years back. The difference is Utah did not play in the same division as the Bulls. In 3 years the Grizzles will be better than the Kings...EASILY .

If in 3 years, the Grizzlies are "easily" better than the Kings, and Shaq keeps getting this pounding, then the Rockets will easily be the #1 team in the West.

Houston has no SG, SF, PF, C that makes a difference?

Funny, 20 ppg scorers must grow on trees. Good thing the Grizzlies have one, right?...except that they have none, and the Rockets have one at each backcourt slot, and last I heard "SG" was part of the backcourt.

As for PF that makes a difference, last year we had one average 14-7, 2 years ago, one of our PFs averaged 18-6, and check back in a couple years on a guy named Eddie Griffin, when he's in the top 5 in blocked shots.

Now that we have the #1 pick, the question is, a center that makes a difference (Yao Ming), or a SF that makes a difference plus more.

But Williams??? Should've traded for Miller or Davis if you needed a PG. Also, I really doubt Bibby will get the max. That was a raw deal for you guys. You've lost two great PGs and have ended up with what exactly? Good thing you got Massenburg back.

Oh and since you don't want to be like Utah, you go make a ridiculous trade like that? That logic is brilliant. Simply brilliant. If you're gonna tank, get draft picks.

    MemphisX-
C'mon. I know you are in an argument but if you take a step back and take breath, even you have to admit Mobley is among the top 6 or 7 SGs in the league. If you don't then you really do not have acy credibility in my book. 13th highest scorer in the league deserves a little respect.

    Top SGs(in order,IMHO)
    Kobe
McGrady(even though he is a SF)
    Carter(SF)
    Iverson
Stackhouse(because he made it to the playoffs)
    Cat
    Finley
    Miller

Even you have to agree with that?

How do you know Mike Bibby will ask for the max? And no matter how you look at it, the trade for Jason Williams turned out terrible.

I am fond of Memphis. Your great city has produced Elvis, Stax records, BB King and Hollywood's, the greatest nightclub in the history of the world. You have a lot to be proud about, but why on earth are you talking Grizzlies smack? Seriously, you can talk about a lot of things, but your franchise is one of the worst of all time (I'm including the XFL, arena football and indoor soccer leagues, too).

Forget the past, look at what you have to work with *now.* You had a rookie of the year, a solid pick-up in Battier and you *still* finished below the Rockets when their starting line-up was riddled with injuries. Pau Gasol, at best, is Tom Chambers. Steve Francis *with* migranes is a better rebounder than him. Shane Battier, your other franchise cornerstone, has just about maximized his potential. That's the best you have, besides Jerry West. How's his jumper looking lately? Your backcourt is among the weakest in the league (unless we include the CBA) and I don't see much of front court there, either. If you're going to bring up Jason Collier, may I remind you of the stellar career of Stromile Swift? So, what's your draft best option: Caron Butler? Mike Dunleavy? They play the same positions as your best players. See any free agents lining up? Didn't think so.

So, MemphisX..we come to the hard, cruel reality of your position as a Grizzlies fan: the occasional regular season victory over the Lakers will have to suffice in lieu of participation in the playoffs. Maybe it might be better for you to root for players that used to be on your team. Mike Bibby's a pretty good point guard..so is Steve..nice trades : ). Final question: have the Grizzlies had a winning season? Ever? Have the Grizzlies come within, say, 10 victories of a winning season? Ouch..didn't think so. You can run along now.

By the way: nice "chopstick boy" comment...I bet you wouldn't say that to his face, er, groin.

    1. Kobe 2. TMac 3. Iverson 4. Ray Allen 5. Carter 6. Stackhouse 7.Finley 8.Miller 9. Jason Richardson 10.Sprewell...

that is at least 10 SGs I would take before Cat(who I do like).

YOU GUYS DO UNDERSTAND YOU WON ONLY 28 FREAKIN' GAMES RIGHT?

We were 3-1 vs. your great  so called great talent and that 'scrub' J-Will torched your supposedly great backcourt.

Just because Francis is a better rebounder than everyone on your frontline don't try to make him better than our best rebounders. Understand, after you screw up this draft and Stevie has to sit out with one of his many injuries, you guys will be back in the lottery except we will be taking that selection. Enjoy the cellar of the Mid West!
