I accidentally leaked my crack cocaine habit in my first post.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Looks like Shaq is buying a home in the new Rodeo Palms community just south of Houston on 288.

Does he know in advance of a pending trade to the Rockets??? Ok maybe I'm high on crack again...

This was in a Summer league thread the Rockets were playing when they started giving out promo hats of the new Rockets Logo to certain people around town.

Lurked forever till they required registration, just started college and my comp broke so I stopped coming to the site for a while (and that disastrous season with Francis's migranes didn't help) until Rockets got the first pick and I just couldn't hold back. I just couldn't believe Rockets won the pick and that Chinese player was slated to be number 1? Oh the debates whether trading down to the Clippers and their number 1 brought back memories. How naive we were then :) (Ofcourse, if we end up with something like Cato, Odom, Amare, Cat, and SF as our starting line up, who knows what this team would've been like).

My first post was also my first thread (funny how that works). My thread had the original name of "Rik Smits =Yao Ming?" Here it is:
I even threw in the whole part where I was basically begging for mercy. Another one of my first posts/threads that I am pretty embarrassed about is this one, titled "OMG! A super pillow!":
I know I like to use the smilies now, but I used like 5 of them in every sentence it seemed back then.

WHat a time to have a slump. The rockets were above a nice .500 but it's ashame it's now below. MO is awsome right now, and once Francis and MObley (the heart of the team) are healthy again, the rockets will be a great team once again. It appears that they are just testing to see how MO will react to playing more and differently. The rockets are in their first major slump and no doubt they will pull out of it as many nba teams did early in the season. (example: SOnics had terrible start)

Are you sure that that is my thread? I've started very few Rocket threads since I only see them 3-4 times a year.

How do you all search for your first post?

my first one was when yao ming was coming to vancouver for his first game in north america. i put together a video clip and had it on cc.net for a few days thanks to the help of DoD (for bandwidth).

here's the official first post...but yeh...it was more a first couple weeks that revolved around that event that brought me to clutchcity, though i browsed for about 2 years before i signed up for an account.
