Not really team needs, but these improvements can get us 10-15 more wins.

    1. Harden playing D consistently

    2. Garcia beeing Garcia. Lately he looks like his mojo is gone, no production of the bench at all.

    3. Lin focusing more on D, and Beverly more on offense.

Everyone else is pretty solid or has been great.

Competitiveness. Our team leader, Harden, is just going through the motions. He needs to put forth some sort of effort on defense and lead by example. Nobody ever questioned MJ or Kobe's work ethic on defense because these guys HATED LOSING and realized that defense is half of winning. Sometimes it just seems like Harden is after the stats, or has an "I'm the offense, someone else play defense" attitude, and this concerns me immensely.

We need a veteran who will get in teammates faces when they are slacking off. Someone who cares about nothing but winning, and will lead by example on defense. Someone that the younger guys, especially Harden, will respect. KG is the guy that comes to mind, but his contract is terrible.

Personnel wise, this team is in pretty good shape. It's our attitude that's causing the problems.

Dirk has everything you mentioned. Imagine we get someone that is remotely half a Dirk we would be fine.

I know CP3 demanded a black coach, nothing wrong with that.

    1) Wing who hits threes, plays defense, and rebounds, playmaking ability optional. ideally, Morey drafts the 2nd coming of Parsons.

    2) Backup center. Whether that's Asik being there, or DMo getting a clue, or trade or draft or something else, TJones isn't a center, and DMo isn't cutting it at center this year.

    3) That's it.

    1) New Coach

    2) Ball dominant PG - so Harden is forced to play off the ball and a natural SG position since he looks damn good playing that way.

    3) Asik to pull his head out of his ass when capable of playing / the pieces from him being traded

Everything wrong with that. As MLK "each person should be judjed by the content of his character not the color of his skin." MLK day is a national holiday this month. You should read or watch his speeches.

    Just one: win a championship.

But I predict that even then some people here won't stop whining.

At one point they weren't really hiring black coaches. So if that's the reason then I can understand that request. If it's purely about race then that's messed up, do you have any proof or a link or something?

I'm gonna call BS on the whining comment. People have a right to be upset. Calling them names for it, makes you just as much a whiner as propose them to be.
