Your prediction of PPG from this year's roster

    Don't know if playing more with T-Mac is a bad thing, numbers-wise. I think Landry would love to play a majority of his minutes alongside McGrady.

    Considering just Yao, last year you're right Landry did not play nearly as much with him as Scola. In those 548 minutes he scored only 14.4 points/40min. Scola, on the other hand, scored 16.5 points/40min alongside Yao in 1706 minutes. So, there's a case to be made that Scola was a more effective scorer playing alongside Yao than Landry.

    But, more relevant, is what they did without Yao. Last year, Landry scored at 19.2 points/40min without Yao on the floor (in 918 minutes). By comparison, Scola scored at 17.5 points/40min without Yao (in 782 minutes).
