    ah c'mon. they don't even play deftones on the radio here.

    if it makes you feel better, I wanted to post Gregor Samsa's 55:12 which is a 2006 LP release, but it's basically one song, 55 minutes and 12 seconds long.

    beatles - i am the walrus - not my favorite song, or even my favorite beatles song, but if i could only listen to one song for the rest of my life it would be this one - its just such an interesting, surreal, odd tune - there is enough going on there to keep me interested for awhile - probably the first song ever to use tape loops, backwards sounds, horns and strings.

    Then why not make a new thread? This one has a particular premise for a reason, and that's to make it extremely hard to answer the question. If you don't stick to that premise, then it's no longer interesting, hence the instructions given in the opening post.

    I don't know how long I could live if I had to listen to this song non-stop because I'm sure I'd kill myself. Probably the one song that makes me emotional... my "Desperado" song if you follow Seinfeld.

    Precisely.. Following the intentionally restrictive guidelines of the premise, there has to be one song that if forced to, you'll be obligated to acknowledge as the one song that stands out to you for whatever personal reason you may've not have been aware of before.. as the song/composition you simply could not do without.. above all others..

    doesn't matter just how much you love, cherish and appreciate all music.. no matter how many different genres you may be equally receptive to.. that's what makes this thread what it is..

    and, honestly.. if I could select one, following said guidelines of the premise of this thread.. anyone should be able to..
