I'll start it off by introducing a video that made me think of this question: I especially enjoy the cartwheel intermission at 1:40 and the attempts at the kick-off-the-wall flip at 2:10. So how many of y'all had a phase when you would try to do backflips, frontflips, kickups, and other tricks like that guy? My buddies and I went through that while we were in college. We tried to do stuff like handstands, frontflips and backflips in the dorm hallways at night at like 2AM. Of course, we all failed and collided into doors or collapsed into heaps on the ground, but at least we got some great videos and lots to laugh about. I still can't even do a handstand
A long long time ago on an island very far away. (watching Japanese tv as a kid) But as somewhat of an adult, probably after Enter The Dragon. Not ninja like but I had the attitude...and thats most important when you don't have the skills.
The only time I have ever attempted anything like this was when I was in college. I was dared into trying a running backflip off a wall. I did it, and vowed never to try anything of the sort again in fear of tempting the Gods.
