My Vancouver Grizzlies flag signed by every player on the inaugaral season opening nights game. Also, my snowboard. Oh, and my wayne gretzky rookie card and a team canada puck signed by gretzky.
I have my older son's first football jersey. That's a pretty valuable sports item to me. Other than that, I don't really have anything....
No monetary value but huge sentimental value: Front pages of the Houston Chronicle after the Rockets two championship finals...under glass. RR
My single most valuable is probably my Nolan Ryan card (bv @$150). I also have a Willie Mays Auto Card and quite a card collection from the early 70s. I also have a piece of paper with the 69 KC Chiefs autos. My sons have a larger collection - thanks to me. They have a signed UDA Griffey poster, a signed ARod poster, a signed Score Board Mickey Mantle pic, a signed Mounted Memories Yaz pic with a mint ticket stub of his 3000 hit game. They also have quite a card collection worth of rookies, game used, numbered and inserts (100+ Arods, 100+ Griffeys, 100+ Ripkins, 100+ Nomars, 100+ Vladamirs, Bonds, Sosa, Mcgwire, etc). They also have balls autod by Sean Casey, Jason LaRue, some background Red Sox players, some background Ranger players and some Reds minor leaguers (maybe one day players).
I have no idea how much these cards will be worth, but I was in Wal-Mart about 4 or 5 years ago waiting in line to check out and I looked over to my right and saw some factory boxes of golf cards. They were only ten bucks so I picked up three of them. Well it turns out that they were the original runs of Tiger Woods' rookie cards (included in a Masters past winners set). I later found out (by watching those card dorks on Shop At Home) that those cards were valuable. I had thrown them in a bag at the top of my closet and totally forgot about them. I could shoot myself now because there were about ten more boxes at Wal-Mart...it just didn't click at the time.
A couple of cool things...(I collect sports memorabelia) A Tiger Woods autographed Masters flag from 1997 (his 1st) Autographed home and away MJ jerseys framed A game used Roger Maris bat and Mickey Mantle helmet (my cousin was a batboy for the Yanks and gave them to me a long time ago) Like I said, I collect this stuff so Im always in the market for unique stuff if anyone is looking to sell things.
2 unused tickets to a sold-out Rangers game which was Nolan Ryan's 7th and final no-hitter. 2 autographed and framed Life Magazine's from the 1940's of Joe DiMaggio. 1986 Roger Clemens game-worn cap (20 K's in one game, AL Cy Young, AL MVP year) 1986 Mike Scott game-worn cap (NL Cy Young winner)
My two priceless visits to Lambeau. There's nothing better than -33 wind chill, 40 yard line, 10 rows up, Super Bowl season.
i got 2 things valuable and sentimental value to me 1 is one of those water painting or what ever they're called of Eric Lindros signed and i also have a plate (like a dish you eat off of) but bigger and its a painting and he signed it When i met him he also gave me his stick and signed it, so thats 3 things i got alotta rookie cards of brett hull, messier **** like that.
My 1996 Sports Illustrated for Kids Tiger Woods Rookie Card. Someone recently sold this card at an auction for $125,000!...i wonder how much mine is worth...here's what the card looks like... Here's a link to the $125,000 card article: http://espn.go.com/golfonline/masters01/s/2001/0409/1170680.html
That price is only for a BGS 9.5, which is practically impossible to get. Yours is probably ungraded and in near mint condition right? If so, its worth is around $600 and it sells for $300 on ebay. Still an excellent excellent card to have.

I have an antique 1923 baseball glove. It's in fairly good condition(a couple of the leather ties on the webbing part are broken)
Approximately 100 signed baseballs signed by some of baseball's greatest players. I'm not sure whether Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, Willie Mays or Hank Aaron is worth more. Or a piece of yellow notepad paper signed by Sandy Koufax. Or the baseball with every single member of the 1990 AL All-Star team, that one is pretty nifty. It would probably be one of those things.
