Everyone else says 'get dressed' and it seems normal. Somehow your's sounds like you do everything before 8:20 naked! ;)

    6:15 wake up, thank God
6:20 mom cooks breakfast (no hog)
6:30 grub, call a girl I wanna dig out
6:45 hit the door (thinking if I'll live another 24)
7:00 drive in the drop top
7:15 call up the homies, to see what park they're playing basketball

5:30 AM - wife's alarm starts going off... about 4 different ones, every 9 minutes until..
6:30 AM - my first alarm goes off... I snooze it, but before 9 minutes is up...
6:35 AM - my second alarm goes off. This is where I decide if I'm waiting on the first snooze... may snooze this too.
6:39 AM - turn off first alarm completely... now relying on second snooze, and wife to wake me
6:50 AM (approx) - I pop up quickly, somehow fully aware of my day and responsibilities...
6:53 AM - walk into my son's room, turn off his fan(s) and humidifier, turn on lights, inform him that it's time to get ready for school... repeat same in daughter's room
6:55 AM - walk to kitchen, pull kids' lunches out of fridge, place in backpacks, begin to pour milk and get breakfast ready for kids
7:00 AM - swing back by the kids' rooms, usually one of the two, if not both, are still half way groggy and not moving... wife passes me in hallway, says "goodbye, love you babe, call me... love you kids (to this they both awaken fully -"BYE MOM!!!")...
7:01 AM - get the shower, shave & shine thing done... get dressed to take kids to school...
7:10 AM - kids should now be in the kitchen eating, but are usually still sitting in their floors searching for the other misplaced shoe...
7:15 AM - now kids are eating breakfast as I instruct them yet again on how to drink their juice or milk completely...
7:25 AM - "Okay! Get your jackets/backpacks/etc... let's get in the truck!"
7:26 AM - "Kids, you'll be late! Why didn't you go potty when I woke you up?!?"
7:29 AM - "Okay... move, move, move.. let's go... get in the truck!!"
7:31 AM - Back out of garage, hope for no school bus ahead of us...
7:33 AM - Daily prayer with kids for "favor" and "protection" and "fun learning and paying attention" etc.
7:36 AM - if all is right with traffic, traffic signals, morons on road are not out yet, and the school bus drivers have learned to turn right on red, we arrive at school with 9 minutes to spare...
7:42 AM - time we usually get to school... because one of the kids thinks time stops while they are using the bathroom in the morning... 3 minutes to the tardy bell... "Get to class! Go! Okay, I love you.. see you after school."
7:45 AM - back home... get ready for other business of the day, or sleep a little more. ;)
8:00 AM - out the door on office days, fast asleep 'til later on non-office days/days off.

Actually, she gets up before me (in more ways than one) so it's really the other way around...

Great idea, but someone already did it in this thread.

Seems like you might have a mild case of OCD.

if he does, and it seems normal to me, does that mean Im ocd also? ;)

really, that sounds exactly like my routine back when the wife left for work early at a real office and the kids were younger.

Now its easier, I only got one kid left in her teens and we both work out of a home office.

years of crap schedules and hard work for little pay eventually has paid off.

Woke up, fell out of bed,
Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup,
And looking up I noticed I was late.
Found my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat

16:00 - Alarm goes off and I turn it off
17:30 - Usually the actual time I get up. I curse myself for wasting time sleeping but then realize that I wouldn't have done anything meaningful had I woken up on time anyway so all is well.
    17:35 - Go to bathroom
    17:45 - Make myself a second breakfast
18:00 - Turn on my computer, check out nba.com and clutchfans.net
18:45 - Am bored wait for the time to go to work at 22:30.

Working nights has made me appreciate daylight so much more. Up to 5 days without any daylight in winter is depressing as hell.
