Happy Song - Harry Hood (Phish) Sad Song - Missing Our Moments - This is a song I wrote for my Mother after she died in 2001 and whenever I play it on the piano or listen to it, it makes me a bit sad but happy at the same time.. I'm not sure if that makes any sense.. I'm sure if you've lost a loved one, you can relate to feeling sad and missing them but happy about your memories at the same time.?
I guess that song is just not "sad" to me. Most of the time it reminds me of the movie ,"Cruel Intentions" where it is playing at the end in a kind of bittersweet redemption way. Thats probably why, but rock on man.
