There does seem to be a few on these boards which is good to see. I am only 21, and I was too young to see Hakeem in his prime and remember it fondly, but he is the main reason I follow the rockets. The other reason is that I grew up with a kid who was 3 years older than me who I really looked up too. He was a Houston fan and his influence may have had an impact. He passed away a few years ago to cancer, and it's great to remember the times out in the street where we would pretend to be the dream. I have a close mate who is a mad nets fan, and even though they were awful last season he didn't miss one game on his league pass. He is basketball crazy, and probably the only non NBA fanboy that inknow personally, the rest are all Kobe and lebron lovers.
