Why does this response not surprise me??? I really really should expect it, but for some reason I still choose to hope for the best.

100% white southern redneck. Half Tennessee/Mississippi redneck, half Alabama redneck. Who says it's not a culture? OK, so I'm pretty much descended from white Southerners (with the occasional native American mixed in) who have all been in this country for a long time and were never rich or powerful. On the other hand, at least we weren't the type that married our cousins. If you really want to break down the white origins, they're more Irish than anything else (my original last name was Irish), but that's not saying much.
Tejano. My family has been in Tejas when it was part of Mexico. I like telling people that my family didn't move, the border did.
I have alot of Welsh in my family also. Don't feel bad. We do have Catherine Zeta Jones to point to as a fine product of Welsh culture.
I'm 100% Texan Jew, or Yiddishe Cowboy, like one of my heroes, the next Governor of the Great State of Texas: Mom's side is German and Polish Dad's side is Russian
My mom is full blooded Czech and my dad was 1/4 Alabama-Coushatta, part Scottish, and a bunch of other crap.
1/2 Iranian, 1/2 "white" (My mom was born and reared in Philly area), and I was born and lived in Africa for 10 years. I am a "mut" as i tell people Cool to see the various ethnicities here, the world is become more and more mixed and hopefully soon nationalism will die away and petty and ignorant wars will come to an end.
