I agree with this exactly. If the TWolves can get some good help for Rubio (they'd be stupid not to trade him....they would probably take Brooks and Landry for him and Corey Brewer), I really think they have a young team that is possibly good enough to make the playoffs. They may not be considered a darkhorse, because there's no way they win it all next year, but I certainly think they'll probably have the biggest turnaround of all teams.
I said Toronto last year and had egg on my face. But, I'll go with them again. Orlando has gotten a lot weaker and the addition of Turkoglu alongside Bosh, Calderon, and a (hopefully) more mature Bargnani sounds pretty good. They don't have bench as good as the Magic's was this year, but the East is still relatively weak. I think they can be better than Miami, Atlanta, and Washington. If Boston isn't healthy, I think the Raptors can contend in the Atlantic Division.
