it's posts like this that have led me to try to avoid these threads altogether..which i didn't do a very good job of this morning, apparently.

 

Neither were Abraham Lincoln, Albert Einstein, Ernest Hemingway, Charles Darwin, or Benjamin Franklin.

 

True, and several of those were not aetheists.

It isn't a contest, I was merely pointing out that one can be a believer and still productive.

 

Yep, she was the model of a do-nothing, waste.

 

I believed in God wholeheartedly until reading basso's threads.
