I like her last album... I have never really watched her on TV or anywhere else.. so I have no idea what she acts or looks like.. but her music is fine.
She's, like, you know, like, so punk. She's, like, you know, like, dating that other so punk, like, guy from Sum 21, like, too. -- I think it's safe to assume I don't think much of her.
... one of those people who probably has that idiotic bumpersticker "Funk as Puck" on her car. Anyone that punk rock wouldn't give a crap about swearing...
cute in her own way.... btw, amazingly, she wrote the Kelly Clarkson song "Breakaway" from the Princess Diaries 2 Soundtrack. I was surprised she wrote that and even let someone else like Clarkson to sing it.
kinda cool to listen to a nice counterpoint to Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, bimbo pop not really on my hittable list at this point similar to Fefe Dobson, but it's hard to explain why
You know, I didn't think so either. Then I got the Ritchie issue in the mail several months back and was amazed! They made her look hot, and I always thought she was a foul-mouthed, egotistical, Miss Piggy-like ho.

a surprisingly good songwriter. Even if she doesn't continue to be successful as a performer, she'll make money writing pop songs. She's already sold a few to pop singers and I think that will continue. She was her own worst enemy with her antics. It tended to make people love or hate her (ahem, Fiona Apple, cough), but she is skilled as a writer for someone her age. I'm not a fan and it isn't Cole Porter or Lennon/McCartney or anything, but I can recognize the talent.
exactly. i agree. her music is better than most of the drivel on pop radio today...it's not going to change the world, but it's better than most out there. and, yes...her antics have made her laughable. in trying to be so counter-culture, she comes off looking goofy.
seriously...probably not popular on a website of young guys...but if i had a daughter i'd be like, "yeah..check that song out. that's good stuff." she may be the only one on pop radio who doesn't completely w**** herself out...who sings about having some respect for yourself.
