Wait a minute, that's unusual? I've woken up in the middle of the night, gotten up and checked the BBS, and then gone right back to bed.
I do that a lot; wake up, check email, go back to bed. Sometimes I check the bbs as well, especially if I'm, say, waiting for advice in a personal advice thread, or something silly like that.
that's what i do in the morning with the 5 extra minutes i have to get ready. check for any new emails and for any interesting new threads. then i go to school and sometimes start thinking about how i'm going to respond to a thread or two when i get back. but dreaming about trying to squeeze a thread in before i die (most likely just so you could be the one that created the "Damn! There's some crazy ass weather out here!" thread and everyone else's version will have to be deleted or merged into your thread) i have not done yet.
I do that all the time. I'm an addict. Haven't there been some cases making themselves stay away from the bbs because they get so hooked? Maybe I need to try going cold turkey for a few days.
LAMO. This is funny. Arkoe that cracks me up! I believe I have done the same thing too. When I watch the Astros games, when something good happens I find my self Running back as fast as I can to my room to post a CHOO CHOO, or WHOOP! Lane HR!.
You know you are addicted when watching people ripping each other off in D&D has become your nightly entertainment.
Lots of interesting stuff in this thread. This is something I've been wondering about that for a lot of people they find it a lot easier to talk about personal stuff online than they do to people they normally deal with. I guess a lot of it has to do with the anonymity of the Internet.
I don't have a laptop anymore. It would be kind of hard to run my desktop around. My laptop is back in Saudi, I left it there for my family because they have a wireless router set up in the house and so they have better use for it. I wouldn't really use it since I have my desktop.
