I thought it was alright...its typical stupid/random comedy. If you go into it expecting something different, then thats on you. And the hottest girl ever is in this movie...and Im not talking about the main one. On the beach, at the beginning, in a white bikini. I might buy the DVD to see her again. And again. And again.

This movie is hilarious. If I was of middle eastern descent, it would have been even funnier. If you like Sandler, you won't be disappointed. Everyone in the theater was laughing. I guess most of these posters are from the Seriousville.
I'm not going to doubt that this movie is wretched. Though somewhere along the line everyone turned into movie critics and movie raters instead of a movie watchers. I dont think movies have changed that much over the years, though there has been noticeable lack of fresh movie ideas for a while. That just strengthens resolve to rip into movies even more, making it appear as if Hollywood isnt delivering quality. But, I'm not going to doubt that this movie blows
Adam Sandler is great in some of his more serious roles like in Punch Drunk Love and in Reign Over Me.
As long as it's not as bad as Date Move, Epic Move, etc... then I'll watch it. Those previously mentioned movies are the most vile abominations to ever grace mankind.
RM95 and Kam's opinion of this movie are hearby disqualified because of certain celebrity cameos that have tainted their opinions. Yeah Yeah the movie makes Sandler richer, I get that. I'm not debating that part. What I am saying however is that this movie sucked and he should stick to his more serious roles, (Reign Over Me was excellent and I enjoyed Click about 10,000 times more than this piece of ****) Maybe I'm a bit of a movie snob... but even I can appreciate a good stupid comedy. I love Dumb and Dumber, All of Sandler's films in the 90s, I even think Saving Silverman and Joe Dirt are underrated films for Christsakes. But I swear this was so so so so SO terrible. The crotch joke got old about 2 minutes in, and it did not stop throughout the whole movie. The thing was COMPLETELY formulaic just like every other big production comedy that comes out. I just don't understand why mainstream comedies have to follow the same tired old plot line of a "Stupid guy is so great then he becomes nothing, or stupid guy is nothing then he becomes great, hooks up with hot chick in the end, and has to defeat an eccentric superhero but in the end everyone learns a valuable lesson, oh and he has a big penis" To me Sandler set the gold standard of a stupid comedy that can entertain, but this was just pure stereotypical sleeze. I would have been offended if I was of Middle Eastern descent. Mr. Sandler, what you've just created is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever seen. At no point in your rambling, incoherent attempts at cinema were you even close to anything that could be considered a decent film. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having seen it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
I didn't think the movie was very good and it was over the top but I laughed alot. I love Sandler movies but even I must admit this is his worse flick (comedy wise, b/c Punch drunk love was garbage although his acting was really good in it). I find it hilarious that people are b****in and complaining about stereotypes but talked about Borat as being the greatest comedy of all time when it was full of Jewish stereotypes that were 100 times more offensive than anything in Zohan.
