I don't know the background of why either got banned (again), but for fun I say they have to have to have their moniker changed to "Drunken Douche" and "Cyrus Jones" respectively for the entire offseason.
I voted for letting them both back in (even though I reported at least one of the two when they made their initial posts Clutch quoted in his post). I generally agree with this post: They are oldtimers, and I have this sentimental side that I miss the oldtimers when they are not there. But to be perfectly honest, my main reason is that I also agree with the following responses: I'm a sicko. I love this type of threads. I think it's partly why people sometimes like to watch Jerry Springer...or stare when there's a car accident. And both FFB (let him post his Youtube stuff as well, nobody is forced to look at it) and RM95 (I voted to let him back in as well although I think that he, in contrast to FFB, has repeatedly shown his incapability to truthfully admit that he did something wrong and accept the consequences - evidenced again by his registering of new accounts and writing angry e-mails) provide plenty of "Jerry Springer moments"...I just like seeing this type of entertainment again and again... I hear you but completely disagree. you could start your own BBS, no? Posting here is a privilege, so Clutch can do what he wants. A big reason this is my only board is the culture and membership. Remove all censorship, and it becomes just another horrific internet cesspool. No thanks. If I vote, it's yes on RM95. There are people who love to bait him. Not sure how I'd vote on fatty. He loves to bait. Some find him entertaining, but I read him as a pathological tool. I don't really dig the months-long cries for help, but can and do avoid his threads. In general, in my world view, those who bait suck worse than those who take the bait. Life's too short to go around intentionally trying to upset people (unless you're an avante-garde anger-Buddhist, I guess). Healthy adults have left that crap on the kindergarten playground, according to B-Bob.

To clarify, IMO bigtexxx deserved that verbal beatdown. He actually looked like a pathetic twit trying to apologize afterwards (insincere apology imo). now the events after rm95 got banned is not within my judgment. and then he comes in this thread and tries to act like a detached 3rd party observer while he knows he in essence caused rm95's ban. then busts out the magnifying glass and tries to be inspector gadget in trying to find RM95 reincarnated. What a sleuth! seems like bigtexxx is the one that deserves the BOHICA title, cause he surely took "it" again and again in that thread.

Thanks for your opinion. For the record, I didn't apologize to RM95, I told him I was sorry for his loss. RM95 owes me an apology for going apechit in a completely immature, and unnecessary manner. He just needs to mature and learn how to handle his anger issues. That much is very clear.
Wow, this is what I miss when I take a few days off of the bbs to actually do some work. I've hung out with both several times in the reals life, and know FFB quite well. Both really are great guys that are hardcore Houston sports fans. Yeah they may both have their issues on this bbs, but who doesn't? The board is a far better place with them here and I think they should both be allowed back in.
I voted to let them both back on......Fatty has some odd humor, and lord knows I have had my run ins with RM95......but I think they both make the board more interesting. DD

Who cares? While Fatty and RM95 were out of line (and who isn't from time to time) at least they aren't jerks in every one of their posts. You and T_J have to reaffirm what jack offs you are every time you touch a keyboard. Talk about the pot and kettle.

Obviously you did nothing bad since you didn't get a ban. RM was probably just releasing his frustration on you since he was having a bad day from losing a friend.
