I missed the thread that caused RM95 to get banned. I've never had a problem with either guy except, with Fatty, my main peeve on the forum is people starting useless threads. But he does it late at night in the Hangout which means they disappear quickly.

    I miss RM95 posting here a lot...

But Meowgi and FFB were both useless a-holes...and IMHO we're better off without them.

I vote let them back in.

They both seem like nice guys to have a few drinks with.

I'd vote for freeing the Angry Buddha also but you didn't ask about him.

Good LORD, where did that come from? I can't imagine getting that angry with anyone on the internet. If someone pisses you off, just LET IT GO. Turn the other mouse, if you will. Seriously, wtf was that???

Anyway, I say let them both back in, although my reasoning may admittedly be a little disingenuous. My reasoning is two-fold:

    • I enjoy watching posters "lose it" and both of these guys seem to be more prone do doing just that than your average bbs poster. Probably not what Clutch wants to hear (since he's the one who has to actually deal with it while all we have to do is sit back and laugh) but I'm just being honest....
    • I know they are both reading this thread – and taking names – and, given the propensity of both of them to NEVER FORGET a post or poster who they perceive as slighting them in the least, I don’t want to be on the opposite side of their next meltdown.

Never met either one, but by all accounts, they both seem to be totally laid back and cool in person. I don't understand how they can be so different on the internet.

I've actually met MEOWGI in person and he seems like a cool enough guy - totally opposite of his moniker over the last few months. I think his whole "angry budda" schtick was just him having fun on the internet at some other people's expense. And he just took it too far.

I vote for both to come back. RM95 is a longtime friend of mine, but I remember when he organized a bunch of us (over 15 people) to go see some poster's band called Orange Is In at Rudyards a couple years ago. I thought it was pretty cool that he would do that for someone he knew from an internet message board.

I haven't met either one in person, but RM95 takes his personal frustrations and problems out on other people in this forum. It's a very immature thing to do, and something that I would hope he would correct, but he does it. He needs to learn alternate means to vent as opposed to taking it out on others. It's all part of the growing up process.

After looking at the thread in question, to be honest, I see your point about useless threads. However, I somewhat believe that you deserved a bit of that verbal assault.

He didn't know a place in the area that did a 1 or 2 hour job with his clothes, his family member had just passed away, and here comes a guy being a bit rude? I understand why he snapped on you.

Everything after he was banned doesn't look good however, Lol.

FattyFatBastard I have never cared for. Don't care if his account is reactivated or not. However, as a Rocket fan, I couldn't imagine not having access to ClutchFans and I don't wish that on him I suppose.

I think I'm already on the record as being beyond sick of Fatty's antics, so I that doesn't bother me in the least. I tend to enjoy RM95, but that rant was pretty uncalled for.

    I don't know. I voted for RM95.

I voted to let both back in. I like this thing of temporary time-out bans (and have been subject to them before). There's nobody that's ever posted on this board that I wouldn't be in favor of reinstating after a good time-out.

RM95 may start some pointless threads, but i still fail to see how the one about dry cleaning is pointless. he obviously needed advice about a dry cleaner who had clothes ready the next day. all it took was a simple answer, not a comment claiming that the thread was piontless
