Yeah I loved it how CNN ran this on their front page, despite not running Sandy Berger on the front page for most of the day yesterday. Tell me there is no liberal media...
This is a non-issue. Who cares if the President's daughter sticks out her tongue? How does it reflect anything about her (or her father's) character. It's not like she did this to a foreign diplomat or a 9/11 widow. She did it to the press - big deal. The only reason I can think that mc mark started this thread was to pick a fight with the conservatives on this board. Mission Accomplished.
The funny thing is, when I saw this on CNN's site, I said to myself, "If this gets posted in D&D, the world clearly as gone mad." I think its funny more than anything and actually laughed when I read this story. I can't believe people are making any sort of meaningful deal out of this. Just shows you how petty politics (and sadly in some ways this board) are.
Uh huh And how old were you people when your mother told you it wasn't polite to stick out your tongue. If I really wanted to start a fight, do you think I would choose something as asinine as this?
Didn't people have to photoshop the pic to get the right settings to make them visible? IE, if you saw her in person, you wouldn't be able to tell.
mc mark, I am very disappointed in you! This is not a story. Now if you find something about one of Dick Cheney's daughters flipping birds to a bunch of people, please let us know ASAP!
This is no big deal. Kerry's daughter's dress was no big deal either. Kerry's daughter's dress might be more revealing(pun intended) because we didn't know where her modesty stood. I don't think many people doubted that Bush's daughter would act out in this way. I think that's about as far as these topics go, and not much else can be gleaned.
according to snopes, the see-thruness was a product of the bright flashes of the cameras and not someone's photoshop skills... http://www.snopes.com/photos/risque/kerry.asp
