This is just the first class in the Dick Cheney School of Nanny-Nanny Boo-Boo. They'll be telling people to go **** themselves any day now! And they'll feel better for it!

I'm not a Dick Cheney fan, but I often feel better when I tell someone to go **** themselves. I think we ought not politicize telling people to go **** themselves, its a non-partisan expression of emotion.

That's funny! I always feel just the opposite. I feel embarrassed when I tell someone to **** off. Like I've lost the argument and feel defeated. And it's usually used in frustration.

Well there's your mistake. I didn't say use it as a substitute for argument. I said use it as an addition.

At least when Kerry's daughter "showed her t***," it was an appropriate setting. She was in Cannes, France, where they don't have the same hangups about nudity that we have here AND she was wearing a dress, albeit an incredibly sheer one.

Jenna was just showing her immaturity, which is understandable for someone of her age.

    Appropriate setting?

So if she decided to show her t*** in a strip club I guess that would be ok since it is an "appropriate setting"? What's appropriate for a presidents daughter? Showing her breasts or having fun with the media by sticking her tongue out?

It's obvious you guys would come up with a defense for anything Kerry related. What flavor was the kool-aid he served you?

i agree this really shows she was raised poorly. any adult doing something silly quite clearly reflects on how poorly their parents raised them.

maybe we should blame clinton's parents for him getting a bj from one of his employees while he was working. very poor upbringing on their parts:rolleyes:

When he said it for political reasons, I can sure as hell politicize it. That's a great example he's setting for the children of this country. Don't like someone? Tell them to **** off, it'll make you feel better. Be damn sure not to apologize as well!

You must be forgetting when Forbes Kerry dropped the f-bomb in an interview. At least Cheney's remark was a private conversation. Forbes Kerry's was not. Big difference. I hope you can see how hypocritical it is for the liberals to keep harping on this.

It was a big difference... Kerry used it to convey a screw-up of great proportions while Cheney used it as a personal insult against a Senator during a photo-op.

EDIT: Cheney used it as a rebuke to a Senator who had been smearing and slandering him for years with false allegations and half-truths.

If you can't clearly see that Forbes Kerry's f-bomb was worse, because it was in an *interview* which was being consumed by many people, as opposed to a *private* conversation off the record, then I simply don't know what to tell you sir.

Yeah, I was very shocked to see it on the front page of the various news sites.

Not as bad as Drudge's obssession a couple of weeks ago with the Dem candidates and how close they stand to each other, however.
