    I'm a bad BSer.

So I guess i have the opposite problem, where I'm a little too truthful, with family, friends and colleagues. Sometimes the little truths is not worth bring up, if it's not constructive or help the relationship.

I'm more conscious about it now than I was younger, try to be considerate. Don't always succeed but something I'm working on.

I'm all for reading more amusing bs stories if ya'll have 'em.

Perception is reality and you can't rationalize people's decisions for them.

That said, I got out of sales, which I was very, very good at, over 20 years ago because I had a moral conundrum with it. I got over that when I realized the above sentence was true. As long as you're honest, people can make their own educated decisions.

There is a fine line between a good BSer and a con man - unfortunately, I have had to deal with a couple of the latter.....it sucks.

This is actually true... especially in 2021.

I can honestly say this: We never charge for our services & we do pay a ****-ton of money out of our comp to get leads for our producers.

The BS is I oversell how good the leads are. Wish I had a magic bullet. But we do give our agents leads that cost us $500 per run.
