Poorly utilized by the Bucks is the phrase you're looking for

Also I'm not sure why you're commenting if you've just seen him "a few times". The most ironic part about your post is that the things "we haven't even started to talk about" are actually the the areas that he has shown the most upsides in.

He is certainly lacking right now, however this idea of putting anyone off as a bust just because he has weaknesses is ridiculous. You can look at the rookie seasons of any star player right now. Actually, just look at them right now as they are. There are always holes in their games, but are they all suddenly scrubs because they're far from perfection?

I really don't get why people get so defensive about some players. I didn't say he was a scrub did I? I even said right from the beginning that he has many upsides and could be a very good player.

I watched a few games including the game where he scored a career high 29 points, and one of the things I noticed was that he was very reliant on that face up jumper of his.

If you look at his stats 68% of his shots came from jumper shots and hes far too tall and athletic to be taking that many.

Dirk had the same problem when he came to the league, and he worked on it until he was able to take his man off the dribble, and Yi have to learn to do that.

I really can't understand how you think I "put him off" just because I pointed out things that he needs to work on.

He needs to learn from everything he did wrong in his rookie season and work on his game, if he can do that he will have a place in this league.

For the haters, how is Yi a bust?
