He must score at the low post instead of min-range shoot.

Ohhh Yi is doing greatest in bucks. He will surely make all star game and have time w/ president of usa. He and Yao will demand success and get it. Like the baby eagle who has reached the end of nest. He must spread wings of joy and fly like big man. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy :D

Hey rookie, I think you missed the inside joke he was referring to.

Btw, I met George Zedong the other day. I think he was Mao Zedong's great-grandson. ;)

15 points and 12 rebounds in 27 min. Sounds good to me.

Yi is going to be better overall than Yao Ming.

    Yi is...

    - More athletic 7 footer than Yao Ming.
    - No Stamina issues
    - Smarter than Yao Ming
    - Works as hard as Yao Ming
    - Potentially a better defender than Yao Ming

    Yao..
    - Despite being dominant, he has real issues with his stamina, and energy levels.
    - Not quick laterally, making him at best, a good defender, not a great defender.
    - Has yet to demonstrate that he can dominate on both ends and literally, take over the game.

Yi will be a good player but:

He is not as big as Yao,
He is not as strong as Yao,
and he just doesn't have that natural advantage over other players that Yao does.
Yao also passes better and seems more mature (atleast during interviews).
Yao also seems more humble and easier to get along with as a teamate.

The statement that Yi will be better than Yao before he played even one regular season game is like the statements that Yao will be better than Hakeem after two seasons of play. Let's just wait and see.

Also, how do you figure Yi's smarter than Yao? Or works harder?

Yi has been drawing praise from his coaches for his work ethic, and his IQ.

I think Yao is smart, but even Yao said, Yi is really smart. Yi seems to be able to pick up something very quickly.

Yi's adapting to America, and the NBA much quicker than Yao has. Remember when it took Yao a long time to even dunk? Yao played with a Chinese mentality and was timid, respectful.

Yi won't play that way. He's already adapting to dunk and be demonstratively aggressive. Yi is what Yao should've been in his rookie year.

With Yi's superior Athleticism, he's going to be a better player than Yao Ming.
