I didn't cap those gifs by myself. I found them from a Chinese website called hoopchina.com.

    Sorry I can't help you. :)

can't agree more. yi has really become a better NBA mid-range shooter than i expected he would be. dude hits the longest 2s in the NBA. he would help spread the floor for yao & tmac perfectly.

Yi is really quick compared to Yao. Look at his baseline move and the speed at which he does it. Very impressive for a 7 footer. He puts some muscle and bulk on him and he's gonna be a beast.

Yi has all the tools to be a big star in the NBA. I don't think he plays like KG. I think he could be a more athletic version of Dirk Nowiztki. He can has such a nice looking shot, can shoot the 3, already has some post moves.. as soon as he develops some moves that can drive him to the basket and gets stronger look out. Also he is probably one of the most athletic 7 footers I have ever seen, he moves like an SF out there.

Yeah, he's more like Dirk cause he can dribble the ball, create and finish. Kevin Garnett plays more of a Tim Duncan style post up basketball. Yi isn't doing that.

Yi attacks the basket more often than Dirk because of his better athletic ability and aggressiveness. He will become more a Kevin Garnett than Dirk and he will also be a more Dirk than Kevin Garnett. If you know what I mean.

i think it is kinda obvious that he said Yi plays more like KG than Dirk, and more like Dirk than KG.

Isn't that the same as saying his style will be somewhere in between those two?

Sweeeeet! He must have had 6 dunks. Didn't realize the release point of his jumpshot was so high. That is an unstoppable weapon.

I watched a couple of Bucks games early on and got tired of them. But tell you what, I might catch a few more just to watch Yi.

One other thought: I seriously doubt he's only 20.

Where in my post did I say anything about Asia or Asians or Chinese? Race doesn't have anything to do with it.

I thought you had problem to understand what he tried to say so I tried to lay it out for you in a way as clear and detail as possible. Anyway, there are many different ways to say one thing. Everyone can choose to say something in his own way and I thought his statement is very easy to understand.

I agree he doesn't look like a 20 years old at all. I think he looks more like 18 to me. I wouldn't sell alcohol to him without an ID.

Can't argue with you. My niece said Yi looks 17 to her but I also saw someone on an ESPN board say Yi looked at least 35. One thing I know is that Greg Oden definitely looks 50 to me.

Just read from some Chinese articles that Yi's 12 consecutive FGs are the most made by Chinese players in NBA. Yao's record was 9 consecutive FGs.
