In all seriousness, actually this illustrates why democracy isn't a good idea for China. As an example; the top 35+ scorers in the Chinese CBA are foreigners yet most of the CBA All-Stars as determined by votes are Chinese. Even worse, some really bad players (like the 12th player of team) at times get voted in because he is from XXX province and XXX province has a lot of people. Provincialism & democracy => bad idea.
