So this is suppose to currently China is much more a pure capitalistic country where business people can get away without much regulation in many fields.

I did not stereotype. Of course the majority Uyghur people wants to live in peace too. This is EXACTLY what the government want, peace. That's the reason the minority races are given the previleges over the Han people. Why would the government spend all the energy to keep alert in these regions if people can live in peace.
