it is odd that a team like tech which is obviously better than A&M because of their head to head record goes nuts and celebrate like they have just won a national championship when they win oh, and that celebration last year after beating us in lubbock will really get Tech respect from the polls!

Sure we took down the goal post last year but that would have happened if it was texas ou or anyother major big 12 team. The main reason why we took down the post last year is b/c we couldnt do it a few weeks back when they beat K-State so everybody was anxiousn to do it against aTm. And about last year Tech Fans wil say aTm started it and aTm fans will say we did. Its just the natural response but there is no proof on who started the fights.
You don't rush the field when the University officials have had an announcement made asking you not too. It's called being a good guest. Geez...
You don't rush the field when the University officials have had an announcement made asking you not too. It's called being a good guest. Geez... -------------------------------------------------- Ya officals are going to calm down just about the whole student body. Not a chance. That would happen in any stadium. You think that the universites want the students rushing the field? No way but it happens every single saturday there no slowing down thousands of college kids who are anxious to celebrate. And when this occurs you hear announcers say " This is what college footall is all about"ex Louiville VS FSU few weeks back.
The Louisville students rushed their own stadium. IMO there's a difference. It's about respecting the rules of the place you are visiting. That is true whether it is a football game or visiting somebody's house. That's just my opinion...fell free to differ.
