Of course it does, IMO. I believe that if you kill your child, regardless of anything, you don't ever get back into society, ever. Seeing the post about men getting similar treatment disgusts me just as much. I honestly cannot fathom how anyone would see it differently. Her going into a hospital allows her the possibility of returning to society. That, to me, is unacceptable.
I'm not defending rr, but you will have to come a little stronger than bobbit. even if she was found guilty she wasn't going to do any serious crime. I'm sure you will find another case though, that was a bad question for rr to ask.
Actually I have However . . . alot of people seem to want to act like it doesn't happen "A Closed mouth doesn't get fed" etc also While It is easy to point it out on me Their are elements here that whenever a black person is accused they Automatically flip the guilty switch when they acquitted they automatically assume they got off they come up with every reason in the book you point out how similar white person have gotten similar result and they immediately dismiss it. . oh that was different do they get called out? no why? because they go unnotice. . ignored . . or accepted as just another argument However the reverse it stands out Rocket River
by the way...if the DA had not put up an idiot as an expert witness, her first conviction would have stood...and she'd be in prison, still. that first jury found her guilty.
Or maybe this is the verdict the first jury would have come to; whatever the case it is a travesty and I hope she is killed in hospital Dahmer style, she deserves it like no other.
From what I hear she had just gotten back from vacation prior to that trial. The jury did not realize she was white at that point.
Her husband was happy that she will be more comfortable in the hospital then in prison??? Dude, she murdered your 5 kids, and you are wondering about her comfort?
What you are saying is women getting fair treatment disgusts you because men get unfair treatment (in your opinion). That doesn't make any sense. Yeah, the threat of prison will really teach people not to act upon schizophrenic and psychotic hallucinations and delusions. Letting her rot in prison will really show her something... When I was a kid I did all kinds of crazy things becuase of psychotic hallucinations and delusions. (Satan talked to me a lot back then, much more than now) But my parents made me go stand in the corner and now everything is fine.
Your posts are hard to understand, but if I read what you are saying correctly, it appears that you know that your approach alienates, polarizes and has makes people actually ignore race issues. But you have made the decision to take the approach of playing the race card in every situation because that is more effective than being selective. That's your choice but I think you're dead wrong. Taking your approach probably makes you feel good because you're being proactive, but you're hurting your cause.
I'm disappointed in the verdict. At the end of the day, five kids were killed. She did the killing. And since she did the killings for religious reasons, that would mean she would have known that killing innocent people is against Jesus' teachings.
I'll do you one better: Marc Sappington, 26, of Kansas City, charged with the brutal slayings of 4 people, among whom 2 were friends of his (and one an admirer). He attempted to drink the blood of two of the victims and diced up a third in his mother's basement after which he consumed the victim. That's not to mention a previous (unrelated) incident in which gunned down a young man during a robbery. Sappington had prior history with drug PCP, a hallucinogenic. Prosecutor's concluded Sappington suffered from severe mental illness and decided not to pursue the death penalty, despite the depravity of Sappington's crimes and the fact the Sappington's prior PCP use probably contributed to his mental instability (he claimed have committed the murders out of fear of reprisal from 'voices' in his head, who were instructing him to kill).
The REAL legal system: White woman - not guilty by insanity - mental hospital at least 10yrs Black woman - guilty - lifetime sentence no parole White man - guilty - lifetime sentence no parole/death penalty pending(make take 10-20yrs until decision is made) Black man - guilty - instant death penalty, all appeals denied, might even be executed upon first court appearance in front the jury without warning on National TV uncensored, even though he wasn't even in the same continent at the time of the killings with proof and no DNA evidence against him and plane tickets and cameras show he was in Australia at least 2 weeks prior to the murders for a 3 month vacation.
