Leukemia at his age is bad, it is generally treatable, but is often fatal.

I hope the new leadership is more moderate, and less tolerant of Hamas and other terrorist organizations.

The latest news is that former Palestinian prime minister Mahmud Abbas may take over the leadership of the PLO. My impression is that he's a more moderate leader than Arafat. I hope that this is good news for the region.

 

I would love it if Abbas takes over, he seems to be more about a true negotiation.

I hope this is the case, and that the Palastinian people support him, and allow him to do right by the whole region.
