I did read the whole article. Unless, he gave the wrong link. It said how he felt about losing by 40.
Oh oh, I see, you were referring to this line: ‘O@ŽZŽZCŽŠ_—v6ŒŽ’êĉñ‹Ž Which said, "thinking about it, it will be at the earliest late June before going back." Of course, never mind that it's only 13 words out of a couple hundred word article. Once again, I don't see where you got Yang Yi out of that line. Also, nowhere in that line did it mention that Yao is going back because the CNT told him to, which is very plausible but far from certain. It's of course completely inconceivable that Yao actually wants to go back and see his chick/friends/family. Not to mention that you are going all gaga over this over some article from Sina, a tabloid site. Never mind the fact that no other media outlets, Chinese, American or Martian, backed their claim (btw, Sina is not the only site Yang Yi contributes to). The thing is, I gave you the benefit of the doubt too. I assumed you linked the wrong article by mistake and went to snoop on Sina myself and couldn't find anything. You still have the benefit of the doubt... if you can find an article (preferably not from Sina) which said Yao is going back because the CNT told him to.
That's part of what I was confused about. Was Yang Yi interviewing on the behalf of Basketball Pioneers? Was he quoting Basketball Pioneers? Was Basketball Pioneers quoting him? Because it said Yang Yi reporting from Dallas and made no more mention of him. Every question is asked by "Basketball Pioneers." In any case, I do not see anywhere that said Yao is going back to China because of the CNT. But then again, people tend to read between the lines.
