I hate Yao, and he sucks. We must trade him. Wang has always been a better player, ever since his Chinese days.

Yao + 2 future first round picks for Wang and a second round pick.

Let's all pray that Miami will bite. If they don't, throw in Mike James and change...

I just love it when people make condescending remarks about others whom they have absolutely no contact with. I cut your statement off after this sentence, because frankly thats all we need to know about you. You're an absolute loser who has no heart or desire to do something better with your life than be a Internet surfing slacker.

My thoughtd exactly, I dont know wtf people keep making these stupid kinds of threads for. We all watch the games and see how hard the team works together, give it a rest already. Of course Yao has no heart, thats why he came to a foreign country and be the subject of ridicule and morbid zoo curiosity just to play a game he doesn't have any heart or desire for.

Ming has not heart? Did you see he put CNT on his shoulder in the olympics and fired shots at his teammates. Right now, he is in a mini slump like Tmac had. The difference is when Ming is in slump, he becomes passive, which worsen things for him. But dont forget he had 27/22 against Suns in 35 minutes, also carried us in many close win this season. I bet Ming will step up come playoff time.

JVG is a defensive minded coach after all. Deke is a better defensive player than Yao. The team focused on defense the last 2 games. When Yao had trouble guarding Shaq and Z, JVG chose to stay with Deke. Rockets has so many scorers, the gain on defense and rebounding is greater then the loss of Yao's scoring sometimes. It depends on the match up.

It's always JVG's players adjust to his system, the only excemption maybe Tmac. Even Tmac has to play a lot more defense than he ever did, sometimes it affects his scoring effeciency. Now I wonder if Amare's offensive stats would be nearly as good under JVG. JVG won't let him spend all his energy on offense.

I joked around in the game thread that Ming is deke's backup, but I wasnt serious. Ming does a lot intangible things. The guy tries very hard when he is on the court. His presence inside helped our defense greatly. Why he picks up so many fouls, because he plays hard. Of course he needs to improve his defensive skill, but you dont see many centers step out chasing guards as hard as he does. He is still shooting above 50% in most of games. His biggest problem right now is he needs to play more minutes for us, but that has nothing to do with his desire to win.

Anyone who says Yao has no heart is absolutely WRONG! A with no heart player can't score 33 pts over Shaq, period.

Sometimes I think the people who say Yao doesnt work hard or whatever are really YOFs who say the dumbest things just to get the rest of us riled up and talk good things about him.

It's a classic Chinese trick, when you goto someone's house for dinner, they will talk about how bad they cooked and how there isn't enough food. You will then automatically compliment the person's cooking and make it sound like the nectar of the gods.

Look Sun12 is a 12 year old fan of the Suns. His favorite player is Amare, that should help everyone understand the post.;)

Well, somebody posted in this thread has been negative about Yao since Yao's rookie season. So I dont think he is trying to trick us.

Can we stop these kinds of talk? It's really annoying before we finish this season with a possible champ. Let's concentrate on the following game.

How did Laker fans get into this board?

Sorry to all Californian Chinese Americans, Yao is not going anywhere... just read some of his comments on the Rockets organization in Chinese sites....

Oops, I forgot that most of you are second or third generation Chinese Americans... ;)

Yao will push Leslie onto the Forbes 400 in the next few years, he isn't going anywhere.

Wow, that's the most convincing email I've ever seen! And in no way does it look like a rehash of what some of our ESL, Trade Yao Now members have been saying already only in the form of a poorly written rambling email from an undisclosed "inside" source..

Look Guys, the team will look to Yao in some nites but this team has a lot of weapons. Our ability to change to different role players will make it harder for our opponents to figure out.
